A photo taken of each camper

Maybe a quick video of each camper saying what they plan to present.

Badges

Sign In Sheet = fairly standard, name, topic, etc... Hand written is probably fine - no reason to tie up a machine...

Collecting power-points = make a copy to wherever we want to present from... either over network to presentation laptop or put the presentation laptop at the registration table or use a USB drive of some sort (probably a hard drive so no change of running out of space.)

Take a picture of each camper = Got that on lock :D... Just snap and go, set up a backdrop of some sort and probably stick the camera on a tripod to make sure that all the pictures look the same...

Maybe I'll stitch the power-points together and put a page for each presenter between presentations to make things cleaner...

Badges - Probably something pre-printed and just write names on them to keep headaches down...

badges - btw use some kind of label (http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/463646/White-Laser-Printer-La...) so we don't have to worry about how people can put them on, etc - just peel and stick...

Lanyards and badge holders have been ordered (courtesy of SnapFoo.com!) and should be arriving next week. I'll make sure to get one over to whoever is in charge of printing the badges so they can figure out what size badges they need to print.
