QUALIFICATIONS:
Six years experience in the U.S. Army as the Information Assurance Security Officer for over one thousand personnel. Installed, operated, maintained, and trained others on multiple types of computer systems. Worked with LAN and WAN management using Server Manager, Exchange 5.5, Spectrum, What's Up Gold and multiple ABCS systems (MCS heavy, MCS light, DTSS, ASAS and CCSCS). Over two years working as Desktop/ Network Engineer in Bosnia. Worked with a network of more than fifteen hundred users. Supervised the tracking of IDNX circuit outages using Spectrum. Reported circuit and computer problems using Remedy. Provided hardware/software support to computers and network equipment. Created and installed standard Baseline for machines on the network.
