Focus of web design talk

As most of you all know, I am an interactive designer at my full-time job. I'd like to discuss some aspects of web design at the BarCamp. I know that there will be different levels of interest and skill this Saturday. I mainly want to be helpful to the audience where ever they are on the curve.
